- Built the Recognition Guide AI microservice end-to-end (sole developer) — FastAPI + OpenAI, scoring & rewriting employee recognition, live across 4 regions.
- Led the M365 Copilot & Teams integration (Vantage Rewards Agent, featured at Microsoft Ignite 2024) — SSO, badge assignment & Adaptive Cards over the Microsoft Graph API.
- Built MS Teams notification delivery on Redis Streams — consumer groups with pending-message recovery (XPENDING) for reliable, fault-tolerant delivery.
- Built an AI-powered announcement service and owned multi-region scheduled jobs (India, US, EU, UAE) driving recurring notification & reward workflows.
- Designed REST & GraphQL APIs and async workflows in Scala / Play across the API, portal & dashboard modules.

- Developed internal microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL backend.
- Automated operational processes using Python and PowerShell, reducing manual effort.
